1. Eligibility Criteria

• All promotions are available to new and existing clients, unless otherwise indicated.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
• All treatments are subject to medical clearance and consultation by a licensed provider to ensure safety and suitability.
• By participating, clients acknowledge and agree to adhere to these terms.

2. Promotional Period

• Promotions are valid exclusively during the Anniversary Event Day and are subject to availability.
• Services and offers must be purchased on the day of the event to qualify.
• Some services may be redeemed on a future date but must be scheduled at the time of purchase.

3. Spin to Win Giveaway

• Clients may spin the promotional wheel once per person, unless the wheel indicates an additional spin.
• Prizes include:
  • Complimentary skincare items (e.g., Galya Serum, Galya Skin Set)
  • Service-based discounts (e.g., 20% OFF Hydrafacial, 50% OFF Go-To Glow Facial)
  • Service upgrades or add-ons (e.g., Free Dermaplaning or Extraction Add-on, $99 Endospheres)
  • $50 Spa Gift Card
• All spin wheel prizes must be redeemed on the same day (event day only) or next week.
• No cash value, exchanges, or substitutions.
• No refunds. All redemptions are final.

4. Anniversary Exclusive Packages (as per Birthday Menu)

• Discounted pricing is available for curated treatment bundles (e.g., “Treat Yourself”, “Microneedling BB”, “Anti-Aging Care”).
• These packages are already discounted and cannot be combined with any other promotions, including:
  • Spin-the-Wheel prizes
  • First-time offers
  • Injectable specials
• Clients may purchase multiple packages; however, all sales are final and non-transferable.
• Packages are non-refundable.
• Services must be scheduled in accordance with spa availability.

5. First-Time Endospheres Special

• Offer: $99 Endospheres session.
• Eligible only for new clients.
• Limited to one session per client.
• Cannot be combined with any other promotional offers.
• Medical evaluation may be required to determine candidacy.
• Offer must be purchased and booked during the anniversary event.

6. Injectables Promotional Pricing

• Botox: $5 per unit, maximum of 25 units per client.
• Lip Filler:
  • Mini Lip: $200 per lip
  • Full Syringe: $600
• Injectable services will be administered by qualified medical professionals in accordance with Florida medical spa regulations.
• Dosing and product selection are based on clinical assessment and provider recommendation.
• Promotional pricing is valid only on the day of the event and must be booked or received on the same day, subject to availability.

7. 50% OFF Select Facials

• Applies to selected facial treatments only.
• Limited to one discounted facial per client.
• Cannot be used in combination with other offers or packages.
• Medical eligibility and provider availability apply.

8. General Booking & Payment Policies

• A valid credit card is required to secure appointments during booking process.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges permitted on promotional purchases.
• Appointments are subject to availability and booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
• No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the promotional rate or package.
• Services must be used by the purchasing client; offers are non-transferable.

9. Combining Promotions

• Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Clients may select one promotion or package per service type.
• Packages are considered promotions and are excluded from additional discounts or spin wheel rewards.

10. Right to Modify

Zeugma Spa reserves the right to modify, extend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
