Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Zeugma Spa, we hold time exclusively for you and your service provider. Our policies are designed to be fair to both our clients and our team β€” and we always consider individual circumstances. If something comes up, just give us a call and we’ll work with you.

1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

Notice Requirement: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $50 fee.

Rescheduling: Same-day rescheduling is subject to availability β€” we’ll do our best to find another time that works for you.

Medical Emergencies: Life happens. Exceptions are gladly made in cases of medical emergencies or genuine unforeseen circumstances.

2. No-Shows

Missed appointments without prior notice may result in a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service. This helps protect our team’s time and keeps appointments available for other clients who need them.

3. Deposits & Prepayments

  • Certain services may require a deposit at booking, which is applied directly toward your treatment.
  • Deposits and prepaid packages are non-refundable, but they remain on your account as credit toward any future service.

4. Refunds

  • Because our treatments are medical and customized to each client, services and packages are non-refundable.
  • If you are found to be medically ineligible for a treatment before starting, we’ll be happy to issue a credit or substitute service in compliance with Florida law.
  • If you ever have concerns about your results, please let us know β€” we genuinely want every client to leave satisfied and will work with you to make it right.

5. Retail Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare, supplement, and retail product sales are final.

6. Late Arrivals

We provide a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive after that, we may need to shorten your session or reschedule, depending on what works best for your treatment.

7. Legal & Compliance

Zeugma Spa operates under Florida state medical spa regulations and health laws. If a treatment cannot be performed due to a medical contraindication discovered prior to service, you may receive a credit or service substitution at management’s discretion. As with any medical procedure, Zeugma Spa is not liable for outcomes outside of proven negligence.

8. Memberships

By enrolling in any of Zeugma Spa’s membership plans (CORE, VERGE, or ZENITH), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1.3 ZENITH Membership

Billing and Payment

β€’ Memberships are billed monthly on the same date of enrollment.
β€’ Payment will be automatically charged to your provided method of payment each billing cycle.
β€’ Prices are listed are subject to applicable Florida sales tax.
β€’ It is your customer responsability to ensure payment information is accurate and up to date.
β€’ Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice to members via email or posted notice.

Membership Usage and Benefits

β€’ Membership services must be used within each billing cycle and do not roll over.
β€’ Services are non-transferable and intended for the enrolled member only.
β€’ Appointments are subject to availability and should be scheduled in advance.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

By enrolling in the membership, you also agree to Zeugma Spa’s general service policies:

Appointment Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
β€’ If you miss a scheduled appointment without prior notice, a 100% charge of the scheduled service may apply.
β€’ No-shows will result in the forfeiture of that month’s included service.

Deposits
β€’ Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking.
β€’ Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled late or missed entirely.

Late Arrivals
β€’ A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals.
β€’ Arrivals beyond the grace period may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling. A late fee may apply.

Membership Cancellation

β€’ Memberships may be canceled at any time with 15 days’ notice prior to your next billing date.
β€’ If canceled after a billing date, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to benefits during that time.
β€’ To cancel, you must submit a cancellation request via email to info@zeugmaspa.com or through the client portal.
β€’ No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods.
β€’ Zeugma Spa reserves the right to terminate a membership for policy violations or misuse.

Modifications and Updates

Zeugma Spa reserves the right to modify these terms, services included in memberships, or pricing. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted notice with reasonable advance notice.
