Why Botox needs a head start
Botox and Dysport do not work overnight. Lines begin to soften within a few days, and the full result usually shows at around two weeks. Booking two to four weeks before your event gives you time to see the final result and, if one area needs a small touch up, to come back before the party instead of after it.
At Zeugma Medspa, Botox is $13 a unit and Dysport is $7 a unit. Your nurse practitioner confirms the number of units for your areas before anything starts, so you know the total up front.
Why filler should be done at least two weeks before
Filler gives an instant change, but it is normal to have some swelling or small bruises for several days, especially on the lips. Leaving at least two weeks between your appointment and your event lets the filler settle so it looks natural in photos. If you are trying filler for the first time, booking a little earlier is even better.
