Delete Your Zeugma App Account
This page explains how to delete your account in the Zeugma Medspa app, published by ZEUGMA SPA INC.
Option 1: In the app
- Open the Zeugma Medspa app and log in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Option 2: By email
Email info@zeugmaspa.com with the subject “Delete my app account” from the email on your account. Include your full name and phone number.
What gets deleted
Your app login, profile, saved preferences, and notification settings are deleted within 30 days.
What we keep
Records we are required to keep by law, such as treatment records and payment and transaction history, are kept for the legally required period and then deleted.
