A microvibration compression system is used in endosphere therapy to promote lymphatic drainage, enhance blood flow, and lessen cellulite. A portable device with revolving spheres that deliver a deep, energizing massage is used in the treatment.
The entire targeted area is treated during each session, which usually lasts 45 to 60 minutes. Sessions are typically separated by one week, and for best results, a course of 12–18 sessions is advised.
Endosphere therapy has few adverse effects and is non-invasive. Mild bruising or redness may occur in some patients, but these side effects usually go away a few hours to a day after treatment.
