Meet Megan Koolmeyer, Nurse Practitioner in Miami

Megan Koolmeyer is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner who came to aesthetics from pediatric critical care. She spent two years at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital in Miami, first in neurology and medical-surgical nursing, then in the float pool across pediatric critical care, and she still works there per diem as a pediatric hospitalist nurse practitioner. That background shapes how she practices: careful assessment first, realistic expectations, and no treatment she would not recommend to her own family.

Since 2025 she has worked in aesthetics and cosmetic surgery, managing patients through the full arc of a treatment plan rather than a single appointment. Her focus is regenerative skin and hair work, including PRP, Sculptra, microneedling and PRP hair restoration, from the first consultation through long-term follow-up. She sees patients in English and Spanish.
