Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

Notice Requirement: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $35 fee or 35% of the scheduled service cost, whichever is greater.

Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to availability and may still incur a late change fee.

Medical Emergencies: Exceptions may be granted in cases of verifiable medical emergencies or force majeure situations.

2. No-Shows

  • Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
  • This ensures fairness for our staff and availability for other clients.

3. Deposits and Prepayments

  • Certain services require a deposit at the time of booking.
  • Deposits are applied toward your service but are non-refundable if:
    • The appointment is canceled with insufficient notice, or
    • You fail to show up for your scheduled
  • Prepaid packages or sessions are also non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy

  • All services, packages, and retail products are strictly non-refundable.
  • Due to the medical and customized nature of our treatments, results may vary, and refunds will not be issued based on treatment outcome or personal preference.
  • Exchanges or credits may be provided only in cases where a client is deemed medically ineligible for treatment prior to starting the procedure, in compliance with Florida law.

5. Retail Products

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, all product sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on skincare, supplements, or retail products.

6. Late Arrivals

  • A 10-minute grace period is provided.
  • Arrivals after this period may result in a shortened session or rescheduling (at our discretion).
  • A shortened service will still be charged in full.

7.  Legal & Compliance Notes

  • Zeugma Spa operates under Florida state medical spa regulations and health laws.
  • If a treatment cannot be performed due to a medical contraindication discovered prior to service, the client may receive credit or service substitution at management’s discretion.
  • Refunds are otherwise not permitted under our policy.
  • Zeugma Spa is not liable for any personal injury, allergic reactions, or other damages sustained during the use of services unless caused by proven negligence.

8. Memberships

By enrolling in any of Zeugma Spa’s membership plans (CORE, VERGE, or ZENITH), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

• Core Facial Extractions
• Core Facial Peel
• 10% Discount on treatments

1.2 VERGE Membership

Includes access to any one of the following treatments per month:

• Brow Lamination
• Brow Shaping
• Brow Waxing
• Brow Tinting + Waxing
• Facial Peel
• Facial Extractions
• Facial Dermaplaning
• 15% Discount on treatments

1.3 ZENITH Membership

Includes access to any one of the following treatments per month:

• Brow Lamination
• Brow Shaping
• Brow Tinting + Waxing
• Brow Waxing
• Custom Body Massage
• Endospheres Full Body
• Facial Dermaplaning
• Facial Peel
• Facial Extractions
• 20% Discount on treatments

Billing and Payment

• Memberships are billed monthly on the same date of enrollment.
• Payment will be automatically charged to your provided method of payment each billing cycle.
• Prices are listed are subject to applicable Florida sales tax.
• It is your customer responsability to ensure payment information is accurate and up to date.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice to members via email or posted notice.

Membership Usage and Benefits

• Membership services must be used within each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• Services are non-transferable and intended for the enrolled member only.
• Appointments are subject to availability and should be scheduled in advance.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

By enrolling in the membership, you also agree to Zeugma Spa’s general service policies:

Appointment Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
• If you miss a scheduled appointment without prior notice, a 100% charge of the scheduled service may apply.
• No-shows will result in the forfeiture of that month’s included service.

Deposits
• Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking.
• Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled late or missed entirely.

Late Arrivals
• A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals.
• Arrivals beyond the grace period may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling. A late fee may apply.

Membership Cancellation

• Memberships may be canceled at any time with 15 days’ notice prior to your next billing date.
• If canceled after a billing date, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to benefits during that time.
• To cancel, you must submit a cancellation request via email to info@zeugmaspa.com or through the client portal.
• No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods.
• Zeugma Spa reserves the right to terminate a membership for policy violations or misuse.

Modifications and Updates

Zeugma Spa reserves the right to modify these terms, services included in memberships, or pricing. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted notice with reasonable advance notice.
